I have an easy challenge for you this weekend.
I want you to find a place where you can be alone, and I want you to sit in silence for at least 5 minutes. During this 5 minutes, I want you to try and turn off all distractions.
No looking at your phone to see who liked the picture you posted of your cat chasing a laser pointer around the house.
I want you to completely disconnect from the outside world for just 5 minutes. Bonus points for being able to make it 10 minutes.
Just you and your thoughts for at least 5 minutes. 5 minutes of peace and quiet. If you're an introvert, you'll often have your best ideas come to you during moments of silence.
If you're able to do this successfully, try to see if you can find more times throughout the week to just have 5 minutes of silence.
